• Our service vouchers can only be used by private clients. However, self-employed businesses can make use of these service vouchers for the areas in their home used for private purposes only.
• Any individual can purchase our service vouchers. Each voucher is valid for one hour of domestic help and costs only EUR 7.5 (EUR 5.25 after tax deduction). The government contributes by paying the remainder of the employment and operation expenses. Sodexo, the company that issues the service vouchers, will provide you with a tax statement on 1 April each year.

Each time your domestic helper visits your home to perform his or her duties, you will need to hand over the number of service vouchers required. Remember to fill out the date and to sign each voucher. The employee will submit the vouchers to GreenHouse for further processing and will receive his or her wages.

Do you prefer using electronic service vouchers? No problem! GreenHouse offers printed vouchers as well as electronic vouchers. Remember to inform us about your personal preference, as we will require a few more details if you opt for electronic vouchers (such as your home phone number and e-mail address).
