GreenHouse provides clients with the opportunity to acquire help with domestic duties by means of service vouchers.
Our team of nearly 1700 employees provide domestic help to thousands of clients each day. Our planning and administration departments ensure that our operations run smoothly while our training coaches are continuously working on further improving the quality of the services we provide. What we provide:
The domestic help you purchased using your service vouchers will be carried out in one or several 4-hour blocks. When drawing up your work schedule, your preferences will be taken into account as much as possible. All our staff are employed under a permanent employment contract. We do not hire temporary workers nor do we sign up employees under temporary contracts: this helps ensure continuity of operations. We always endeavour to have the same employee available for you at the times requested. Contact us if you would like us to send a replacement worker during holiday periods or in the event of absence of your regular domestic helper. We will try to send a replacement, though we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Our employee will come to your house as agreed and will be motivated and committed. Our domestic helpers only use cleaning or ironing products that are provided by their clients. |
